Existence of a valid commercial register number 700 for companies

and not to distribute such media except to those licensed to retail or distributors through licensed platforms and if the licensee wishes to import and engage in retail activity; they must apply independently for this license

A valid commercial register or a foreign investment license from the Ministry of Investment. The media activity must be added to the commercial register
